"Commonwealth Supported Student"
A student who is eligible for and enrolled in a Commonwealth supported place. To be eligible for a Commonwealth supported place, a student must be a domestic student, and in the case of holders of Australian permanent visas and New Zealand citizens must be resident in Australia for the duration of their studies. Commonwealth supported students do not pay tuition fees, but instead are charged a student contribution amount towards the cost of their program.
