Program Description: The discipline of strategic security incorporates best practices from the fields of Intelligence Management, Terrorism and Counterterrorism Studies, and Protection Management into a comprehensive program designed to provide a world-wide strategic view of relevant security issues that impact individuals, agencies, businesses, and nations around the globe. The Doctorate of Strategic Security prepares seasoned professionals for high-level managerial and leadership positions in government agencies, the private defense sector, nonprofits/think tanks, the military, as well as the protection/security field. A Doctorate Degree in Strategic Security will provide students with vital multidisciplinary leadership and analytical skills that will assist them in resolving high-level local, national, and international security matters. Graduates will also greatly expand their professional network through the opportunities provided in this degree program.
