Program Description: The Department of Computer Science (CS) at Texas A and M University has developed a 12 hour Certificate Program focused towards industry with specialization in Software Engineering, Telecommunications and Network Security, and Interaction Design. A non-degree-seeking student that takes four courses in one of the Certificate Program specialization areas will receive a certificate upon completion. If a student applies for admission to one of the CS graduate degree programs and receives approval from the CS Department, then these courses may be applied to a CS graduate degree.
