Program Description: We are registered as a law school with the Committee of Bar Examiners of the State Bar of California. And as a result of such registration and the University's compliance with specific rules of the Committee of Bar Examiners and the California Supreme Court, graduates of the University's JD program become eligible to sit for the California Bar Examination, and upon successful completion may be come an attorney eligible to practice in Federal and California courts. In addition, through our "link" program with many different ABA accredited law schools throughout the US, our JD graduates may also obtain an ABA accredited law degree and become eligible to sit for the Bar Examinations in states other than California as well as enjoy the other advantages of having a law degree from an ABA accredited law school.
