Review: College of Architecture, Architecture

Degree Offered: M. Arch.- Architecture Format: Campus
Program Description: Our graduate degree programs are designed to integrate work, or practice-based learning, with academic studies. Students benefit from building professional portfolios, resumes and connections while earning their first professional degree. Consequently, BAC graduates gain a significant head start over their peers at academic only colleges, having already amassed substantial professional experience upon graduation. Students work in full-time, paid positions during the day and work toward their degree in the evening. The result is a bridge between workplace and classroom learning, which each setting complementing the other. Students alse earn credits toward fulfillment of the Internship Development Program (IDP)required for professional licensure. Most qualify to sit for the Architectural Registration Examination (ARE) immediately upon graduation. International Student Requirements: Prospective students who hold a bachelor's degree from an accredited U.S. university, or an equivalent degree from overseas, are eligible to apply to the master's degree programs in architecture or interior design. The College does not require its applicants to hold a prior design degree. International students must complete the same application for admission as domestic graduate students. In addition to the requirements for admission for domestic students, international students must submit a TOEFL score report, a certification of finance, and a foreign credential evaluation (when applicable).
