Review: The University of North Carolina at Greensboro (UNCG), also known as UNC Greensboro, is a public university in Greensboro, North Carolina and is a constituent institution of the University of North Carolina system. The university offers more than 100 undergraduate, 61 master's and 26 doctoral programs. The University's academic schools and programs include Arts & Sciences, Business & Economics, Education, Health & Human Performance, Human Environmental Sciences, Nanoscience & Nanoengineering, Music, Theatre & Dance, Nursing, Continual Learning, Graduate School and Lloyd International Honors College. The university holds two classifications from the Carnegie Foundation for the Advancement of Teaching, as a "research university with high research activity" and for "community engagement" in curriculum, outreach and partnerships.
