Immaculata was founded as Villa Maria College, a women's college in 1920. It was the first Catholic college for women in the Philadelphia area. The name was changed to Immaculata College in 1929. The current location of Immaculata University is a tract of land in Chester County, Pennsylvania, on the Main Line near Malvern, purchased by the sisters in 1906. The original 198-acre (0.80В km2) plot has grown to 373 acres (1.51В km2) since that time.

Message: I had an excellent undergraduate educational experience at Immaculata University and I would highly recommend it. In the professional world, I have run into alumni from Immaculata and I'm finding it no coincidence that these individuals are talented, intellectual, and ethical (perhaps the biggest differentiator).. Immaculata University offers a personalized education with a professional staff that is close to their students. It was very clear to me that the staff genuinely care about the current and future success of the student body.. They've continued to invest in the beautiful and serene campus as well, which is ideally located.. I would HIGHLY recommend you visit when the opportunity comes.

Message: This beautiful private campus is set in the picturesque countryside of Malvern, Pennsylvania along King Road. Once an all girl school, Immaculata will forever hold bragging rights to the first ever women's collegiate basketball champions, The Might Macs! They accepted their first male students as a co-ed university in 2005. In 2014 they added fully furnished apartment style dorms that boast 5 bedrooms and a full kitchen.

Message: Fantastic school. Grounds are well maintained and beautiful, professors have all been wonderful and experienced, and the facilities are nice. It's a small school, so make sure to consider what size school you are really looking for. If a more intimate learning environment is what you're looking for, definitely take a visit here.

Message: Spending almost 4 years at Immaculata University has been a great experience. This college sits by itself on King Road which makes it nice for no distractions. Immaculata is fortunately right near Exton and King of Prussia Mall, so it is easy to get away when needed. I would recommend this school to anyone whom enjoys a small and friendly environment.
